What is The Revive Lounge?
The Revive Lounge is a self-serve recovery space offering high-end wellness tools—including infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression boots, halotherapy, PEMF therapy, and more—all accessible through app-based booking and secure entry.
How does it work?
Once you complete your in-person orientation, you’ll get app access to:
• Book services on your schedule
• Unlock the door with your phone
• Use the space independently with no staff needed
What’s the difference between open-use and premium services?
• Open-Use Stations – No booking needed: Compression boots, massage chair, vibration plate PEMF mat, and food and beverage options for purchase.
• Premium Services – Booking required: Infrared saunas, red light therapy bed, halotherapy
Do I need an orientation?
Yes. All new users must complete a one-time, in-person orientation to ensure safe and confident use of the facility. This step is required before access is granted.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes—if you’re an Unlimited Access or Unlimited Plus member. You’ll receive guest passes (2 per month). Guests must always be accompanied by the primary member.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. For safety and insurance reasons, no one under 18 is allowed in the facility—regardless of membership or supervision.
How long is each visit?
Each visit allows for up to 90 minutes inside the lounge. Premium room use is limited to one session per day for Unlimited members.
Will staff be there during my visit?
Not usually. The Revive Lounge is designed as a fully self-serve experience. While staff are not regularly on-site, our team is available by phone during business hours and may be able to stop by if needed and available. We aim to provide timely support whenever possible.
What happens if I miss a booking?
Please cancel or reschedule your booking in advance through the app. No-shows may result in the loss of a credit or session for some plans.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Credit packs are non-refundable but are valid for 6 months from purchase.
Is the space cleaned regularly?
Yes. The facility is cleaned daily, and members are asked to wipe down equipment after each use. Cleaning supplies are provided in each room.
